Huge shifts have been occurring in education that are continuing to impact teaching and learning today. Some changes are positive, such as our nation’s record high school graduation rate, narrowing achievement gaps, and a greater number of students. But all types of change—particularly those that have the potential to yield the most positive outcomes—can be challenging. Change requires that we confront the status quo. It demands new ways of approaching our work. And it takes resolve to see new beginnings through to their end. teachers are regarded as the strongest pillar of the society. Teaching is a profession that is a mother of all other occupations. A teacher is like a potter who delicately shapes our impressionable minds and mold it into a vessel that defines our perception and ambitions. Teachers have always been respected in all societies.

it’s not just teaching students the content; it’s helping students think deeply about the content that is most impactful. Faculty members are invested in, and passionate about, their content. We seize upon opportunities to impart knowledge to, and share their passion for, the discipline with our students. We plan activities and exercises to help students apply the content in a real world context. Faculty members comb the Internet, attend conferences, and read professional literature to enhance our expertise. Educators frequently share that teaching is the most difficult job that anyone can have—and the most rewarding.

Teachers are our nation builders—the strength of every profession in our country grows out of the knowledge and skills that teachers help to instill in our children. With the transition to more rigorous achievement standards and better student assessments, a focus on data to drive instruction, and the use of technology to personalize learning, teachers are carrying an incredible amount of responsibility. The state of teaching is stronger because teachers everywhere are leading from their classrooms and taking on new roles to improve education for kids. And we all know, when teaching is stronger, students benefit with increased engagement and achievement.

Teaching has its challenges such as every kid is unique and needs unique teaching method. Teaching children requires a high level of patience and composure. This profession demands you to keep constantly updating yourself and hence you’ll have to keep learning all your life. There are many moral obligations on a Teacher and sometimes your personal life can also be judged along with your working life. But it also has its rewards such as it allows you to shape the perception of the young generation and hence you have an enormous contribution towards the society. You get get a lot of respect in the community, and people seek your opinion in a lot of matters. And a student teacher bond can be as strong as a parent-child relationship, and it keeps making you proud even after retirement.

Although, there are some challenges in this field, it is still one of the most rewarding profession. A right teacher can create the right doctors, sound engineers, honest politicians and most importantly good citizens for a society.
